After two weeks at home, Tom and I are ready to hit the road again. This time we're heading to the Pacific Northwest. Our primary destination for this trip is Cannon Beach, Oregon, but we plan to visit many friends, family, and sights along the way.
Dynamic Route
Like most of our trips, Tom and I are choosing our route as we go. We have only a few set destinations including Missoula, Montana, Glacier National Park, Bend Oregon and, of course, our primary destination of Cannon Beach, Oregon. The blue lines on this dynamic map indicate our possible route. As we continue our journey toward Cannon Beach and back home, I'll update the map and change the color to indicate our actual route.

Even though Tom and I have traveled to the Pacific Northwest many times, our list of things to do and people to see is very long. These are just a few of the things we hope to do on this trip:

If this list sounds a little vague, it's because we have no idea how much of our long "potential" itinerary we'll actually achieve on this trip. Even with a month to travel, it's unrealistic for us to do everything we want. The beauty of being retired and "living" in a RV is that we go whichever way the wind (or our whims) blow us. There are, undoubtedly, many activities we haven't yet thought of. That's why our itinerary, just like our route, is DYNAMIC. We'll update both as we go.
